Networking Breakfast Seminar- The Business Case for Diversity Management- How it can give your company the competitive edge
Louth County Enterprise Board presents a free networking business breakfast seminar at the start of Innovation Day March 5th 2010.The business case for diversity management is now well established both in a national and international context.
Some of the identified outcomes from taking a positive and proactive approach to diversity management are:
· An increase in the company bottom line
· Reduced absenteeism and staff turnover
· Increased innovation & creativity
· Enhanced service levels & customer satisfaction
· Enhanced corporate reputation
This will be an informative session and details will be available on grants for SMEs from the Equality Authority.
