Louth Leader Partnership is responsible for delivering the Local Development Social Inclusion Programme and the Rural Development Programme in County Louth. It also delivers the Rural Transport Programme, the Rural Social Scheme, the Drogheda and Dundalk Local Employment Services and Dundalk Job Club. LLP can provide advice and assistance to unemployed people who wish to take advantage of education or training opportunities. We can also assist individuals seeking employment or wishing to set up their own business as well as providing support to community groups. Via the Rural Development Programme funding is available (except in the Dundalk urban area) to assist new and expanding enterprises, to facilitate the generation of additional or alternative incomes in rural areas and to help retain existing jobs and create new ones. |
