    Managing intermediaries to maximise margins, and manage costs

  • Understanding your Costs & Costing Models
    Review different costing methods for different business types and understanding fixed and variable costs and their influence on price

  • Managing Suppliers & Maximising Margins
    Buying better to reduce costs and boost margins, developing competitive advantage through suppliers, materials, processes

  • Pricing Strategies & Customer Perceptions on Price
    Market positioning, branding, high volume low cost vs high margin low volume approaches for different customers and businesses

  • Sweet Spot Customers & Developing a value proposition
    Targeting the right customer for your business, selling benefits not features, understanding and communication the product / service value not costs.

 

Course Outputs
Central to the programme will be the objective of developing participant’s skills and confidence when pricing and selling their products and or services. At the conclusion of the workshop participants will have gained knowledge of:
